UMIA Gastronomic School is a place of sharing and Japanese culture.
You love Japanese cuisine, you want to learn it, Rika welcomes you in her unique cocoon in the region. UMIA cooking lessons: you will learn in the context of internships, the basics of Japanese cuisine, and its regions, but also all the techniques. Rika will therefore offer Sushi, Sashimi, Bento, Manga Cuisine training such as Ramen, Gyoza, Okonomyaki, as well as Food and Sake pairing sessions. The courses last from 2 hours to 2 days. The courses have a maximum of 12 people.

The OMAKASE Table d’hôte is Rika and Frédéric who welcome you to their home. A unique menu is offered. OMAKASE, a pact of confidence, like an ode to Japanese delicacy, and its cuisine, set to music in a very special way, by Rika. (8 to 12 people maximum).

Sake initiation and tasting, Japanese pastry class, sushi and take-out cuisine, delicatessen, after work. Possibility of business and team building internships.
